Policies and Rules

General

  • Smoking and the use of alcohol is prohibited at the storage facility.

  • Firearms are prohibited at the storage facility.

Prohibited Items

The following items may not be stored at the storage facility:

  • Any Living Thing

  • Used Tires

  • Firearms

  • Explosives

  • Flammables of any kind (gas, diesel, kerosene, oil, paint, etc.)

  • Drugs or Drug Paraphernalia

  • Stolen Items

  • Hazardous Items of any kind

  • Hazardous waste material of any kind

  • Items that produce odors of any kind

  • Any item deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the facility

  • Any item which detrimentally affects other tenants or the facility

Prohibited Uses

The storage facility is designed for storage only. The following uses are not allowed:

  • Playing of any type of musical instruments

  • Garage sales, auctions, flea market sales or other public sales

  • Working in the unit. This includes working on cars, motorcycles, hobbies, crafting, etc. Any and all work must be done off site. Several commercial facilities are available within a short distance to aid you in most maintenance needs of motor homes, campers and boats. Our staff will be able to assist you in finding help in this area

  • Any illegal use of any kind

  • Any use deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the facility

Children

Please help our staff provide a safe facility for all. Do Not Allow Children to run or play on the storage property. Large vehicles such as motor homes, trucks, vehicles pulling boats, toy haulers, 5th Wheels or campers pose special safety problems and could place an unsupervised child at risk. BE SAFETY CONSCIOUS AT ALL TIMES.

Pets 

All pets must be on a 6’ leash or less or confined to a carrier while on the facility. We like our pets healthy and unharmed. They could be endangered with the large vehicles on the premise. Pest Control Measures are periodical in effect on the premises that could endanger the pet. 

Privacy Policy

We collect only the personal information you voluntarily provide in order to deliver the best possible service. If you elect to process an online payment or online reservation we ask you to provide information necessary to process your request including, but not limited to, name, physical address, phone, facsimile, email address and company name. We collect your email address so we can send you information about your transaction. 

No Sharing of Personal Information

Keys Secure Boat & RV Storage does not sell or share information to or with unrelated third parties.

Changes to Privacy Policy

Keys Secure Boat & RV Storage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. Accordingly, Keys Secure Boat and RV Storage recommends revisiting this Privacy Policy to ensure awareness of current privacy practices.
